Unexpected delays may occur if ordering many pieces, larger pieces or due to the nature of the hand made process (it's just two little hands making and creating and packing). Brooke will contact you if there are delays or please don’t hesitate to contact me. If urgent, please flick Brooke a message regarding your order.

Postage and handling
- Brooke uses recycled packaging as much as possible...it may not look pretty but it’s the magic inside that counts!
- Brooke uses tracked Australia Post for National and international deliveries
- Extra insurance available - please contact me.
- Damages - in the unlikely event of damage during delivery please contact me immediately within 24hours, keep all packaging along with images.
- International deliveries - some countries may charge local taxes, customs and/or duties. These are not included in your purchase and delivery charge with me and may be applicable at point of delivery to you.
